Printer Symptoms

The printer says it needs toner, ink or paper when it doesn't.

First Step : Make sure the toner or ink is correctly installed, with the tabs removed where appropriate.
More information : It is a very easy mistake to put a toner cartridge in a printer without removing the tab which keeps the toner inside. It is also possible to put some ink or toner cartridges in incorrectly. Check the cartridge is correctly installed, look at your printer manual for details.
