Printer Symptoms

The printer keeps saying I need to change the paper type.

First Step : Check the software is set to print to the right type of paper.
More information : In the page setup in windows software, or in a similar part of other software, you will be able to change the type of paper the printer driver is expecting to use. If this does not match the paper you are trying to use, change it.
