Printer Symptoms

The printer keeps jamming or will not even start to feed.

First Step : Check the printer can accept that paper type.
More information : Many printers are fussy about which paper types they are fed. Tractor feed printers often will not print on plain paper unless the feed mechanism is set correctly. Some printers cannot handle paper that is too thick, or too wide. Check your printer's documentation for details.
