Printer Symptoms

The power light does not come on when I plug the printer in.

First Step : Check the printer is receiving power correctly, and the fuse (if appropriate) is not blown.
More information : The printer must be powered properly. Examine the fuse if possible, and if you have the proper equipment, check the input voltage to the printer. Use a known good power cable if there is one.
