Monitor Symptoms

Monitor display is slightly inaccurate (the proper display is there, but corrupted somehow.)

First Step : Check the controls on the monitor. They may be incorrectly set.
More information : Almost all monitors have vertical and horizontal controls, and picture controls. Look at your manual for more information on these. If someone has set these controls incorrectly, it may make your display look strange. Try these to see if any of them make it better.
