Keyboard Symptoms

The Num Lock, Caps Lock, or Scroll Lock lights are on constantly or off constantly.

First Step : Make sure the fault is not with the computer.
More information : Often this problem will be the result of a 'crash' or fault with the computer the keyboard is connected to. Make sure the computer is working properly. If possible, try the keyboard with a known-good computer.
